Why do you want to bend reality?
Because you think it will bring you pleasure or happiness, right? Obviously, no one wants to bend reality because it is going to bring them pain. You might be thinking that you want power or love, but really, both of those things are subsets of pleasure.
Okay, so what is bending reality?
I would define bending reality as changing reality in any way shape or form through thought alone.
A little background
Everything you are experiencing is thought. Your whole reality takes place in your mind. Everything you are sensing, sight, sound, touch, etc. is ultimately known in your mind. In fact, there really is no way to know if reality is even real outside of your mind. All you can really know is that you are experiencing something.
A very fast way to begin bending reality
Here is a sure fire way to instantly change your reality for the better. Think about what you like and feel the feelings you have about liking that thing. That's it? Yes. It works even better if you think about the things you love and feel the feelings about loving that thing. Let's say you are doing the laundry, a pretty automated task, and you decide to think about how you like or love the fact that you are going to have clean clothes to wear. You just changed your reality by a thought. You can do this with anything by the way. Okay, so maybe this isn't levitation or teleporting, but it is a good place to start.
If you do this it will not only change how you see the world, it will attract more positive things into your reality for you to like and love. Also, it will make it easier to bend reality in other ways. If you are thinking loving thoughts it will raise your vibrational frequency closer to the frequency of the ONE. The closer your vibrational frequency gets to the ONE the more you are able to bend reality in amazing ways.
What is possible? Almost anything.
